Why are there no cleanrot knights in night reign?

Also missing are the lobsters, stormveil hawks, stationary gargoyles, dancing ladies from altus, volcano manor albinaurics, flying scarabs, siofra lightning orb things, and any stationary cannon/ballista launching dudes. Am I forgetting anything?

Obviously rememberance bosses aren't a thing as well
