Did you guys even read the LNs? She's starts a poly relationship with Mai & Ajisai at the end of Volume 4 which the manga is currently covering

What will Ajisai think if she finds out that Satsuki & Youko are trying to break Renako & Mai up? In fact, what does she even think about Mai having a fiance other than Renako? Is she just not involved in this plotline?
