I haven't found a text of Senate Amendment 2848 (one of the alleged poison pill amendments) but 2360 seems OK. If anything, its section 71109 doesn't go far enough. Aliens can still take advantage of welfare under this bill, which is wholly unnecessary! We shouldn't be allowing any welfare benefits for any alien, not even legal aliens! However, they are taking Medicaid from illegal aliens. That's true.
