The boys in that game look too old to be shotas imo.
Aside from that he looks too much like a girl to me. That's one of the big downsides of the westernization I brought up before, they're pushing "gender neutral" designs so hard that a good chunk of the boys don't have the actual good qualities of boys anymore.
