bro chooses to goon to map crap over gooning to actual goonable stuff in the goon game and i'm pretty sure you don't have to finish chapter 1 to get to the new 2.0 chapter 2 stuff, just switch your active quest and you will get access to the new area and all the other new things though it doesn't mean that you don't have to complete the remaining story afterwards since they literally give you free limited rolls for completing each story
