decided to use dunelm click and collect - what a fucking mission

why can't i just turn up and give my name and show a bank card and they give me what i paid for?

They want me to turn up at store, hit check in from a link in the email (you can never get a fucking signal in their tin sheds), enter a code thats at the collection point (so I can't do it in advance) and then some wagie will finally bring me what i've already paid for
