In an interview with Israeli Channel 12, an American mercenary who formerly worked for the GHF’s contracted security firm, UG Solutions, gave testimony of the inhumane, murderous treatment of the Palestinians by his fellow colleagues. He noted that he served in 4 different wars in the U.S. military and has never seen such inhumane behavior towards an innocent civilian population.

He recounted an event when a Palestinian man was picking up individual noodles that had fallen and the American-Israeli mercenaries emptied an entire can of pepper spray in his face, enough to kill the man. He had also seen a mercenary lob a grenade at a woman, the impact of which made her instantly drop.

Since late May, Israel has used the GHF to both subject the Palestinians of Gaza to a journey through a killing field, and to prevent real aid from entering Gaza through international humanitarian agencies. This has contributed to the starvation, now turned famine, in Gaza where no significant amount of food has come into the Gaza Strip since the beginning of March.
