Sure, but I guess I can't blame Thor too much there. If you really go digging, the specs recommendations as self-reported by developers on Steam often times may not make much sense. Sometimes it's just the specs you need at minimum for running the latest version of Windows, sometimes it's just what version of operating system the developers tested and the install size, other times it's the dev's own PC (so, could be a middleground or some beefed up battle station), sometimes it might be jokes like pic related.
