Some of that is not true. Suebi descent is in Galicia, northern Spain. There is almost no Arab admixture, the Arabs were only the ruling class during the muslim occupation, if there is some North African admixture, it is berber (who are whiter than Arabs). The North African admixture is more distributed along the east-west axis (the west has more) than along the north-south axis, thus why Portugal is on average more moorish than Spain, though I'm not saying they are not white or inferior to us.

The prerroman admixture is mostly concentrated in North Spain, especially the Basque country, so they are the most similar thing to native Iberians.
