No, none of it looks anything like the dragon tech, it isn't even pretending to look like it's the same material. They just randomly jumped the shark

If they wanted to make it look like they were scavenging dragon tech they could easily have had one of the secret source automatons from the overworld with some wooden planks attached to it, painted over with graffiti, so it actually looked like they were making use of an older civilisation's tech. Instead all of the random shit like DJ turntables and bikes and a fucking pod racer are all completely unrelated designs pulled out of nowhere which use modern day IRL aesthetics and aren't fashioned after anything which exists in Natlan human or otherwise
