Do you see all of that black stuff that starts at the bomb holes and moves west? That's smoke. That smoke is there because >12 hours later something is burning inside of that mountain.
If the bombs just exploded in dirt then there would be nothing to burn and you wouldn't see any smoke once the initial dust cloud from the impact cleared.
For there to be that much smoke still coming out of the mountain there needs to be a gigantic fire inside of it. For there to be a fire inside of it, there needs to be a cavity that is filled with flammable stuff. That cavity is the enrichment facility. The flammable stuff is all of the equipment.
