You're supposed to complete the careers every time to create PvP or PvE event umas. Since you're just starting, you need to borrow a guest parent that has 9 stars, like the one in the picture with 3 blue sparks showing 3 stars each, this will boost that stat a lot.
Use this tool to search for other players' IDs and add them to your friend list so they show up in your guest list. Also, make sure to borrow a max level Kitasan support card every time.
