Yayy ok here goes.

Companionship..
It is essential no matter who you are. We are social animals that need to be in contact with others as much as possible. Social isolation is one of the greatest causes of mental illness, though one could nitpick about the definition of mental illnes, i would simply argue that when the quality of life goes down then its already a considerable defect.

Friendship is very important because we are essentially pack animals who's entire brain structure revolves around communication, to not have friends is essentially to not be truly human.
Of course one may ask exactly what is a friend? And how important is it to be open and actually connect with a friend vs just keep them in reserve like some kinda social interaction pac boy machine.
Evolutionary speaking there may likely be a precedent for being open with ones feelings and thoughts and genuinely connecting with other like minded humans.
For oranguntans for example they are a highly social form of ape and often mate with one other, this sex is essentially their form of openness and connection.
And since we as hairless apes are defined by our minds then it is only natural that for true human socializing to occur one must connect in the most genuine way humans can, via openness of the mind, but also the body because surely we have evolved a mind; we have not devolved a body and animal dna.

So to sum it up. Find friends, be open with them, and maybe have sex with them.
Thank you for tuning in to transbian thoughts! *police siren sounds* oops that looks like its all for today folks!! ill see ya all next time!!!
