Here is the letter for those interested. If taken literally it would seem to contradict with >>24493074. Aramini thinks Wolfe was being sly when he denied the identity of Green and Urth in his interview because the interviewer phrased it in terms of pairs and Aramini thinks Blue is Mars, but the interviewer says the key phrase "if any" in their question, so I don't think that explanation works. There's also no planet in our solar system that would correspond with Blue, and it also seems to spit in the face of Urth/Ushas being purified. Aramini's comment is also too vague for me to make out what Gene is responding to specifically.
Aramini is also confusedly combining the tower in the red cliff Silk-Horn and Jahlee wake up in as the lander Horn died in. He also identifies it as the Matachin Tower. And he thinks the tall individual in a colorless cloak with a bird-like gait that Silk-Horn and Jahlee see above the cliff is Severian...
