It's based in the UK, whatcha think? I also got assigned a nigro as the best character. You can level up and unlock multiple characters with various strengths and switch between'em like GTA V. I spend the entire game with the nigro construction worker cos his special ability is cargo drone hijacking, so I was basically hovering over the objectives and whacking niggas with the nail gun.
