US has ordered a bunch of Tomahawks over the years (according to the comptroller's balance sheet), althought it has none budgeted for this fiscal year.
Delieveries are ~2y away from the orders, seems like they're having some supply issues.
Production limits are decent if need be, but it all depends on how much the component lead time is in that scenario.
