Shes said it a bunch of times but she tries not to cry on stream because she likes to just keep the atmosphere on stream lively and genki a lot.(The last time she cried was during ds2 and it was really silent) That's her #2 rule. Just keep everything lively and if she isn't feeling lively you wont get a (second)stream.
