yeah mate. this is the third property we've gone to buy and had a bad survey back on. we're comfortable where we are now, just moving so we've got room as the kids grow, so we'd be okay to wait until another property comes along. We really like this one and were very happy until we found out the entire floor needs replacing.it's possible the seller knocks a large amount off the asking price to cover the cost but we're not sure if it's even worth moving in around a floor being rebuilt. any advice is always appreciated bros
