There's clearly going to be a Sumeru chronicle banner in the near future since none of the characters have rerun in like a year but who knows what's going to happen to the trio of limited Mondstadt characters
Personally I'd be happy to see them added to the standard pool since I'd never actually roll for them but I somehow doubt it'll happen
