>eventually realize my constantly paying attention to these people is rewarding them
>disengage entirely
>realize that spending money on games I hate is stupid and empowering the people who hate me
>stop buying games from people who hate me
>me and the others start spreading the word, to not read, not click, not watch, not buy, not play anything from these people
>we convince them all to do... nothing
>just play old vidya from the before times, shitpost on /v/, and ignore them
>we do nothing for several years
>gaming news rags fold one after the other
>DEI games start to to fail
>at first it's just underwhelming sales, or short-lived online runs
>but eventually major projects start to bomb spectacularly

>Concord happens, gaming will never be the same now
