I see at things like this: 6.3% - 7.9% crit rate is bad.
13.8 crit damage is bad,
8%crate and 15% crit damage is minimal for concept.
If there is a better different sub stat (like def for sexy lady TaoChi, or heavy attact for Roccia then yes it stems it differently)
Ideally you want 8 CR and 16 CD.
Mathematically highest potential is 10.5% crit rate and 21% critical damage.
