I didnt have to build a whole house. Insurance covered a lot and FEMA helped too. Drywall, electrical, replace cabinets, furniture, etc.
I dont even like Florida, though lately Ive been going kayaking a lot and enjoying the water more than ever before. But Im mainly here due to incompetence and family being here.
