i don't think it's a requirement at all like other anons said but i think just elevating your general vibration for all the other times when you're not doing SATS or whatever will do wonders, even if not for manifestation directly. not directly related but consider daoism and martial arts practices that talk about performing the best through non-action, they often talk about making yourself letting go of tension to move like water, i feel like not being in tons of doubt or self-inflicted pain can be described as high vibration simply, and surely that can only help. in this example, that might mean not thinking rigidly or forcefully, things that you get for free when you're calm and relaxed, secure and open to possibilities. i think it's more subtle than trying as hard to be le zen buddhist monk with no attachments, something rigid like that would similarly go against the goal even. but i might be biased because i am very taoism pilled in general, i just like it a lot.
