I would just like to take the time to highlight the conspiracy theory that is being floated on who actually started the war in Israel.
It was the Americans and their Timber sycamore project.
A conspiracy theory gaining traction ties the CIA’s Timber Sycamore program—a covert operation that armed and trained insurgents across the Middle East—to the engineered conditions for perpetual war. Under the guise of regime change, Timber Sycamore fueled proxy conflicts, empowering extremist groups that served short-term strategic interests, while sowing long-term chaos. It was less about stability and more about control—feeding the military-industrial complex and the geopolitical goals of its benefactors.
In this context, the cutting down of the Sycamore Gap Tree in the UK just days before the October 2023 Hamas attacks on Israel has taken on a symbolic, even ritualistic, interpretation. According to this theory, intelligence operatives—fully aware of the coming escalation—targeted the iconic tree as a cryptic signal. The message: the next phase of manufactured conflict was imminent.
The irony is sharp. Hamas, like many militant factions, has long benefited—directly or indirectly—from illicit funding channels originally shaped by programs like Timber Sycamore. Weapons, cash, and training flow through cutouts, NGOs, and shadow financial networks, many allegedly tied to Western and Israeli intelligence fronts.
By felling the symbolic sycamore, the theory suggests, the architects of this system announced the next cycle: justify retaliatory wars, expand defense budgets, suppress dissent—and continue profiting from destruction. It implicates not just state actors, but the vast network of institutions, lobbies, and think tanks that facilitate the laundering of terror into policy.
The war machine never sleeps. And the public, as always, is expected to believe it all began out of nowhere.
