Where it's going to happen next is housing - and arguably this has already happened in America.
Like that it used to be that land/housing prices were kept down with the simple fact that it didnt really matter where you moved because no place was too much different from the other, if some property developer kike tried to charge obnoxious price then people would just move to another location instead.
But now they will make it so that all cheap areas are flooded with niggers, so you have to pay out of your nose just to be away from them.
And ultimately the safe neighborhoods with no fences no barriers and being safe absolutely everywhere is a thing of the past, and the kikes will offer a solution of ultra expensive gated neighborhoods - a mega loan to own a piece of a place without niggers will of course be provided by the banker jew.
