And if you actually read how the case went, the pornography sites are idiots who argued that the limit of access was a violation of ones first amendment rights. No, and even fucking Judge Thomas points this out "“[A]dults have no First Amendment right to avoid age verification, and the statute can readily be understood as an effort to restrict minors’ access,” Thomas wrote. “Any burden experienced by adults is therefore only incidental to the statute’s regulation of activity that is not protected by the First Amendment.”

I would however argue its a violation of ones personal privacy, especially in the digital age where these law makers are fully aware of how BAD this is for privacy.

The porn sites will kneel, but let one ID checker provider get hacked and let peoples actual IDs with pictures with metadata of the information of their phones too and this will ALLLLLLLL go away...
