There's another problem that basically boils down to "corporate staff" taking over the company. I've seen a better graphic than picrel, but I couldn't find it. Boeing is a classic example (originally many engineers etc with few people in management etc, but now the org's got little competency and a bloated bureaucracy). In a way you could say that Disney is an example too (gone from a way to make money whilst spreading joy, to a tool to push peoples agendas). I would even say that Reddit(ors) are an example (or more correctly, it's every normie that wasn't on the internet before Myspace that is now the problem)
