Why did Serbia import people from one of the most backward agrarian countries?
What do they hope they will achieve? I entirely understand importing Vietnamese or Chinese as they have an IQ of something like 120 on average.
Even Indians I *somewhat* understand.
Ghana? I don't understand this at all. Serbs, explain?
