The only CoC mod I'm aware of, that added dakimakuras, is MLR, but instead of Touhou it was mlp and Rozen Maiden. Though, there could be some micromods that add other characters too, they're extremely easy to make, it's basically just a texture swap.

I'm not sure your pic comes from a CoC mod, I think it's older than that. Judging by Nimble's position, I'd guess it's SoC, someone just changed the mattress texture for the lulz, not an actual mod.
