Is this a keep in mulligan or no? I try keeping it but it's way too slow going second, since you want to coin alouette on 4, and there's a very good chance you won't be able to play this AND also have a silver artifact in hand on turn 3. Going first, this card looks really strong, letting you refill your hand off of tempo temp artifacts easily. Feels like it might just be matchup dependent in the end.
