For -1 support builds, is that a literal -1 that's required or as long as the speed stats are in the right sequence and fairly close, it'll (mostly) work? I can't imagine having enough upgrade materials to randomly luck into getting three different characters n, n-1, and n-2 speed stats on the head. Just thinking out loud, could this be accomplished by avoiding speed stats on every piece, using speed boots, and upgrading the carry's to +15, Sunday's to +14, and Bronya's to +13?
