That's how it starts, innit. Get the rich, upper class kids used to the idea of being taught by foreign browns. They're smart, well mannered and in an authority role. Eventually that teacher will ask, why would Japan discriminate against such people as me? And the fluent Japanese kids will take that to heart, after all they received their education from a brown foreigner that was nothing but nice to them.
