If they stopped actively trying to sabotage her synergy with Anaxa to make Phainon look better maybe.
They have the atk buffs, speed buffs, personal damage and demand for the hypercarry to act often in her kit that Anaxa perfectly fits but they refuse to commit and as a result her kit looks like a complete schizo mess where she's a damage dealer that can't do any damage.
