I wouldn't say it's boring but there is definitely a bit of spice missing here and there. The actors from the golden age are starting to lose ep in their step. Some of the young actresses with a good following are retiring too early (Ria Yamate and Konan Koyoi) to pursue other non-AV related endeavors. It takes awhile to see if the young actress has the mental fortitude to commit to the business long term rather than just coming here to visit for a year or two.
