Technically speaking, they have a duty to perform the only thing they're capable of doing over men, which is to have children. Men also have duties to women. They build the infrastructure in which civilization is built upon and they are protectors of women and children, Even at a low societal level, men who don't have jobs or don't protect the weak when there is a threat are seen as losers and cowards, and chastised way more than any woman would be. But are women chastised for not having children? No. They're actually given congratulations for "freeing themselves" from the only duty they have, and the one thing only they can do for the society they live in. Now, every single first-world country's birth rates are below replacement, and we're having to replace the population through mass immigration. Men are doing their part, chopping the wood, getting the oil, mining the ore, transporting the ore, farming the crops, transporting the crops, protecting their nation both inside and outside them, as those are the things only men can do and need to be done for society to flourish. And the thing only women can do? They're not doing it. They reap the benefits of men fulfilling their duties while not doing anything.
So yes, women do owe the nation, society, culture, and humanity they're in with healthy nuclear families. Women do owe me sex.
