In the manga it's totally not-Flea who appears when she's talking about why she prefers the bass while the anime changed it to what appears to be some random schmuck but now that I'm looking closely he looks a lot like Cliff Burton which makes no sense because they already changed Otoha saying she likes Metallica to Linkin Park in an earlier episode.
