I learned a little bit more Peo lore today. I already knew she had problems with her parents and they lived in a rural area without internet. But she elaborated on it some more.

Her parents were very restrictive, and she tried to run away once and got caught but escaped the second time. They tried to keep her isolated and inside even though she really wanted to go outside. Unfortunately shortly after she escaped from them she got her current illness which limits her in a number of ways. Since then she's had to learn a lot of life skills like how to ride on the train, talk to people, buy her own food, and has had to learn a lot about games and the internet. She likes to be able to dress how she wants now as well, and emphasizes freedom to be very liberating but also scary and she's had to adjust to it. I remember during fathers day when chat asked her about her father she said, "I don't have a father". She doesn't talk about what happened back then much and nobody clips it, so I still need to figure out just had bad things were for her back then. From this new info though it was probably worse then I initially thought.
