TCC (Ukrainian draft officers) service consists mainly of two categories of Ukrainians:
1) Wounded soldiers from the front who were given an option not to return to trenches, but to work as a van operator.
2) Privileged hohols who payed to become TCC officers to avoid the mobilization.
Both categories have the plan which they must follow (to van X hohols per day) or the van will swallow them and they end up in the same death pit in trenches.
There is also "private TCC" like famous Ganul or the lads in the op post who are basically bandits who kidnap Ukrainians from the streets and sell them to TCC for money.
