The Borrowers (1997) I think, followed by The Secret World of Arrietty of course. So not so much shrinking specifically, but more of a fascination with tiny people, specially cute tiny girls.
The fascination must've mutated into a fetish at some point as I entered puberty.

Nowadays I just really enjoy size difference/power dynamic stuff of all kinds.
