Outside of camellya and shorekeeper everyone there seems kinda young though (they'd need to have been working there for more than 20 years to know, which would have them near 50 years old since encore is the only kid there, and that's assuming he actively shows himself to everyone). Since rover deleted everything about him from the archives, he would make sure that no one who would reveal everything would be present and willing as well.
