Thinking about Yumemi more, I remembered that she and Chiyuri were new arrivals to Gensokyo in PoDD and they weren't guarded by a dousojin. So why would they be guarded now? And even if they were for some reason now guarded, I don't imagine that a lot of time has passed between PoDD and FW for Nareko to go insane. I mean it's been almost 30 years, and Reimu and Marisa are now 40 year old ladies, but I don't imagine it's a significant amount of time for a dousojin.
