Unique Mechanics:
Gomu Gomu Reach: Limbs stretch, giving longer range on certain jabs and launchers.

Stance: Gear Second (Heat-only): Adds speed and unique follow-ups.

Stance: Gear Fourth (Power Stance): Short timed stance where he gains armored strikes (akin to Devil Jin’s flying stance but more grounded, beefy).

Devil Jin Parry Equivalent: “Observation Haki” (1+2) parries mids and highs briefly, causing slow-mo counter if successful.

1. Gomu Gomu no Pistol
Input: f+2
Fast long-range mid jab. Whiplike speed.
CH launches airborne.
Great whiff punisher.
Can cancel into Heat Engager

2. Pistol Rush (String)
Input: f+2, 1, 1, 1, d+1+2
Series of mid punches ending in an explosive palm.
Final hit is Heat Engager.
Delayable.
On block: -13 if finished, safe if stopped early

3. Gomu Gomu no Stamp
Input: d+3+4
Unblockable low-stretch stomp.
Slow startup, but tracks and causes knockdown.
Hilarious animation where his leg bounces back

4. Jet Bazooka (Heat Smash)
Input: During Heat: f,f+2+3
Big armored mid shoulder bash.
Wall splat.
High damage.
On hit, Luffy yells "JETTO...BAZOOOKAAA!!!" with cinematic flair

5. Jet Gatling (Heat Smash Alternative)
Input: Heat Smash: 1+2+3 during Heat
Flurry of 10+ hits.
Mid punches.
Wall break on last punch.
Cinematic shows fists turning white-hot from speed

6. Red Hawk (Power Move / Counter Hit)
Input: b+1+2 (CH Only)
Counter-hit burning punch with haki effect.
Can wall break.
On hit: Luffy grins and mutters “I’m gettin’ fired up…”

7. Gear Fourth Stance Activation
Input: qcb+1+2
Luffy inflates and enters Boundman stance (10s duration).
Moves become beefier, armored, and bounce/ground slam.
One-time use per round

8. Boundman Cannonball (Boundman Exclusive)
Input: In Boundman: uf+1+2
Flying mid-body slam.
Wall carry tool.
Can transition to Heat Smash if active.

9. Observation Haki (Parry)
Input: 1+2 (hold briefly)
Parries mid/high.
On success: Luffy dodges, time slows, and he warps behind the opponent for a counter.
