Any block from ISP can be solved without VPN. ISP blocks are joke until they start using deep packet inspection (you're not here yet).

Russians and Chinks are leaders in this "arms race". Slavs have site dedicated to worldwide anti-censorship and methods to bypass it. The site is ru-en btw and heavy IT focused. Github repositories have technical documentations in english too

Since Cloudflare is on the side of UK government and, for unknow reasons, doing government job (HTTP 451 pic) they most likely use geo block so the only wat to get access to the site is VPN.

There are two tipes of VPNs: datacenter and residential.
4chan hates VPNs (you need to accsses sys.4chan.com from legit IP during posting). 99% datacenter VPNs are blocked here. Residential VPNs are basically legit IP. They're pretty cheap. I shilled iproyal here but you can just search iproyal in desuarchive /g/ to get based post with all good VPNs.
The alternative is free residential VPN. But they're all botnets. Tuxxler is the most popular one. Shartyteens are using it for shitting 4chan.

Also any site that obey UK government is your enemy. Instead of forcing UK government to waste their resources on blocking (ISP blocks are easy to bypass), they're block (You) for no reason (ass to bypass because geo IP block). For free.
