-Older White male executives ensure no psycho female competition and backstabbing (which destroys female-only businesses)
-Constant communication
-No Male sexual predators
-Starbucks trips
-Office social events
-Illusion of accomplishment and "growth"

They have it good for now. Deserved or not, the next recession will wipe all of this out catastrophically.
