The Texas law as it is written refers only to obscene content, using the descriptor obscene in a section of the Texas code where obscene is defined as the Miller Test.

While predicting what a prosecutor might do is a different matter and where most of the concern is, the law on paper is that content that can already otherwise be found illegal for obscenity, if it has cartoon minors it can be a separate charge with stronger sentences.
