Adding this to my previous expenditure of 2820 SQ for Draco and I didn't get a single SSR off-rate-up in the past 3690 quartz. This game treats my determination in a weird way.. It gives me exactly what I crave, but it takes everything I have and gives me nothing extra. The trades are harsh but fair to the extreme.
