Ya. The place-able shield is goat. People don't realize that one of the major problem about Hurricane is it really sucks at doing objective. Not only it's slow as fuck but none of its kit do anything about Welkin spins, so everytime a hurricane try to do objective it's practically a suicidal mission.
But now Hurricane can put dorms on teammate. So you can just put a dorm on your teammate who is capping and you stay and continue suppressing fire from a distance. Not to mention the decoy change is huge. That shit stays up for 30 seconds you know? If a Panther tries to sneak up on you you can just spawn a drone and stand right next to it and the panther is simply fucked because he can't do anything
