Still going to be a while to see proper footage. Saw this video of her at E2 level 1, hard to say the skill level but actual level matters with her since the summons gain some of her stats. In terms of IS6, here's the full list of her special buffs (includes exclusive module):
>cost -4 when recruited, and -2 when promoting
>when recruited, recruitment ticket storage limit +1, life shields +2, the next time you enter the Sui real, can explore one extra node and node is randomly revealed
>each time you reach a new floor, Raidian will gain the following effects: summon deployment cost -9, number of deployable summons +2, summon attack speed +35, summons no longer consume deployment slots
>Raidian and her summons gain +30% HP and +30% Defense, +15% Spell Resistance
>summon limit +5 , and when summons are killed or retreated, there is a 25% chance that they will be recovered
>her summon redeployment time is reduced by 50%, and she recovers 2 skill points when one retreats/dies
