Nah I'm pretty sure that's indeed Vizex and Cocoli, they have a very long documented obsession with Roegadyn BBC. Why would you think anyone would try to impersonate them? Wouldn't it be easier to just assume that's the real Vizex and Cocoli there thirsting for BBC? How would you even know if it was an impersonator, unless YOU are the real Vizex/Cocoli......
