Ukraine and Russia have agreed to hold a leader's summit in Türkiye, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said.

In an interview with NTV, @HakanFidan said that before attending a summit, technical issues related to the ceasefire should be resolved, as President Zelenskyy and Putin have different preconditions to it.

"As the talks go on bit by bit, I see something more aimed at meeting in the middle, I see a will to do so. If these negotiations continue in an orderly way and with this intention, I truly believe that after a few more rounds, an interim solution will emerge," Fidan said.
